The blend is poured in a vat where the double bottom will let the liquid part get through, restraining the barley.
During the boiling phase the wort is concentrated, the added hop will give the bitter and aromatic taste.
The boiling wort is pushed through a heat exchanger to bring it up to the right temperature for the fermentation.
The yeast chosen for the fermentation is inoculated. It will turn sugar into CO2 and alcohol and this will give the beer its own personality.
The "young beer" is brought to low temperature so that it gains its natural gasification and decantation of yeast.
The beer now goes to fill up kegs and bottles… and finally it’s time to drink!
